Returns

Return Policy

Original artworks are considered final sale items.

We offer a 15 day money back guarantee for the Fine Art Limited Edition Prints. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product, as long as you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. For purchases made with free shipping, a $25 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.


How To Return your prints
 

You may return your prints for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) by following these simple steps:
 

Step 1. Send us an email to elartecubano@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of your delivery date

Step 2. Carefully repackage the piece in the original tube

Step 3. Address the package to:

Step 4 – Ship your return package using a traceable shipping method with signature required and email the shipping details (including tracking number) to elartecubano@gmail.com



El Arte Cubano is not responsible for undelivered returns.

We will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment within 7 business days of your merchandise return.

Shipping and Delivery

Packaging

Our fine art prints are rolled and packaged in tubes. There is not an option at this time to ship the items flat.
 

Processing

Processing time: 2-3 business days

Processing begins only when successful payment has been applied to the order. Denied credit card authorizations and mailed payments will delay processing start times.
 

Shipping

Shipping is FREE for Continental United States orders when you use the code UShipping at checkout.

Transit time: 3 - 10 business days.
 

Tracking your order

As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact us.

Order Cancellation

To modify or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please reply to your order confirmation email and let us know how we can be of help.
 

We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit our Returns page or contact us for alternate options.
